Our Story

Hotco Noodles was born out of a deep passion for Sichuan cuisine and culture, opening its doors in Madison to offer an authentic taste of this vibrant culinary tradition. Founded by Sylvia who from Sichuan south and west of China. Hotco Noodles is more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of the rich flavors and heritage of Sichuan, brought to life in every dish we serve.

At Hotco Noodles, we believe in the art of making food from scratch. Our fresh noodles and dumplings are crafted from the flour to the final delicious product, right here in our store. This dedication to quality and authenticity ensures that every bite is bursting with the true essence of Sichuan cuisine.

But our commitment to great food doesn’t stop there. We also create our own signature Crunchy Chili Sauce, a staple in our dishes and a favorite among our customers. Made with organic canola oil, non-GMO peanuts, and non-GMO chili powder/flakes, this sauce is now available in local Madison groceries like Willy Streets and Fresh Mart, so you can bring a taste of Hotco Noodles to your own kitchen.
